My interviews were conducted with Greg Larsen, Global Sales Executive Director Young Living and Kathryn Gough, Business Owner, Forest Glen Cafe. They were both very insightful and I have gained valuable knowledge that I can use to help clients around me and in my future career.

I had the privilege speaking with two very knowledgeable Young Living employees, Nathan Rawls, Human Resources Business Partner and Ryan Valentine, Senior Total Rewards Partner. I gained insight into employee benefits and I was able to take all this knowledge on board for when it is my time to set foot into the professional world.
Industry Sales Tools
Assignment 4
Industry sales tools are a combination of the powerful advanced technology together with people techniques and knowledge. Throughout my internship I have had the ability to access these industry sales tools which have helped me continue to grow and adapt to the sales world and to different jobs within the department whilst gaining so many valuable resources I will use and continue to use to have the best chance of success.

I interviewed dealership principal Phillip Igram on the topic of Fayol’s 5 Functions of Management and this interview provided me with knowledge, techniques, skills and terminology that would help me gain a greater understanding of management principles and how they can be implemented in a work environment within a management.

Assignment 7
After reviewing sales presentations from two sales professionals, I was able to part take in my own presentation where I planned, prepared and presented to a client in a mock situation. Reviewing my work after the sale helped me to gain insight for improvements for future presentations.

This paper is an in depth summary of all the experience that I have gained from the Professional Sales courses I have taken and the internship I have completed this past summer. This internship was an opportunity for me learn from very successful people in the sales field and then absorb this information and use it in the future.
