Laura Taylor
Professional Sales has taught me so much and I am able to open my eyes to an industry that is more client focused, is aware of the knowledge, skills, techniques and uses these to meet the overall customers needs that you have identified from listening, observation and asking follow up questions.
I really do think that the study, the experience from my internship and the classes that I have been taking have helped me understand the detail that goes into a sale and that success is formed by using what we have learnt day in and out.
I would love to bring my knowledge, my work ethic and my ability to connect with clients and to take the time to really understand their wants and needs and then do all I can based upon what I have learnt and experienced into completing a successful sale. I hold very strong core values of integrity, respect, compassion, kindness, honesty, and I am committed to each and every customer no matter the customer and or their personality trait because at the end of the day you are there to help them and their success will bring your success too. It is important for a sales person to put themselves in the customers shoes, to identify their personality trait and adapt to that and to complete by ensuring the customer's needs are fully being met.
